Slimming World KFC Fakeaway
Make up a mix of:
2tbsp tomato purée
1tsp mixed herbs,
2tsp chicken Bovril
3 egg whites
1-2tsp cayenne pepper (depending on how much spice you like!
Then make Breadcrumbs using a heb roll (60g)
You will also need 1-2 pieces of chicken (we prefer Musclefood chicken) per person
Cover the chicken in the purée mix and roll in the bread crumbs. Place onto a non stick baking tray and spray with frylight. Bake until cooked through 🙂
Serve with Slimming World chips and BBQ beans!
