Spicy pork and beef meatballs (syn free)

For the meatballs:
200g 5% beef mince 50p (musclefood)
200g 5% Pork mince £1.25 (Morrisons)
Finely chopped chilli (free from the garden)
Finely chopped onion. 20p
Fry light

Mix together, shape into balls and cook in a frying pan until cooked through.

For the sauce
Chopped chillies (free from the garden)
2 x passata £1
Tomato purée
I red pepper 30p
I onion 20p
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Beef oxo cube

Cook chopped onion and chopped pepper in a pan and a little fry light. Add the chillies, cook for a couple more minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until you have a lovely thick sauce. You can throw pretty much ANY leftover veg in too 🥗🍆🌶

Add the meatballs, cook for 3-4 minutes with a lid (keeps the meatballs soft)

Serve with economy pasta 40p.
